How the séance works

What SEANCE is

Most pump.fun coins die within hours. Their holders are left with a chart that only goes down and nothing to do with it. SEANCE gives every dead coin one more life: a ghost, a brand-new native pump.fun coin with an AI-drawn ghost portrait of the old mascot, an obituary written from the real numbers, and an AI voice that speaks as the dead coin.

The ghost's creator fees are split on-chain with pump.fun's own fee sharing: 80% to a vault that pays the dead coin's holders in SOL, and 20% to a burn wallet that buys and burns $SEANCE. The person who raises the ghost keeps none of the fees. What they get is the first buy, at the very bottom of the ghost's curve.

Step by step

1. Paste a dead coin. Any pump.fun coin that trades at 35% or less of its all-time high, had an ATH of at least $10K, is at least 30 minutes old and has at least 100 real holders.
2. We check the body. You see the ATH, the market cap now, the drawdown, how many holders were counted and how much the dev still holds. The ghost's portrait and obituary are drawn while you look.
3. We take the snapshot. Every holder of the dead coin is recorded with its balance. The dev, pools, bonding curves, our own wallets and dust (under 0.01% of supply) are cut. The snapshot is stored with the ghost and never changes.
4. You hold the séance. Your wallet signs the launch (plus a small $SEANCE buy-and-burn once $SEANCE is live). You can add a first buy of up to 5 SOL in the same transaction.
5. The ghost walks. It is a normal pump.fun coin anyone can trade. Every few minutes its creator fees are cranked into the vault and burn wallets.
6. The dead get paid. The vault credits each snapshot holder that still holds, by snapshot balance, and pays in SOL batches. The ghost speaks every time it pays.

The split

Locked on-chain at launch through pump.fun fee sharing. Nobody, including us and the raiser, can change it later.

The rules

The Medium

The Medium is our bot. It wakes when $SEANCE launches and runs on a clock counted from that moment: a bot raise at 2, 7, 15, 25, 40 and 60 minutes, and a claim deadline at 5, 10, 20, 30 and 50 minutes. After the first hour it alternates claims and raises every 30 minutes.

A bot raise takes the freshest big corpse (ATH of at least $25K, down 90% or more, at least 300 holders still counted). A claim deadline names the next famous corpse on the list; the board shows a countdown on it, and if anyone raises it first the deadline moves to the next famous corpse. If nothing is dead enough, the Medium skips and says so.

The clock can move up: when $SEANCE sets a new high, or trading goes quiet, the next séance comes a little sooner. The Medium never raises twice within 2 minutes, at most 10 times in the first hour and twice an hour after that. It pays no fee and makes no first buy, and anyone can beat it to a corpse: the first raise wins.

The ghost's voice

Every ghost has a public log written by an AI in the voice of the dead coin: its first words when raised, a line when it pays its holders, milestones, when the old dev's wallet moves, and a heartbeat when it has traded. It only cites numbers it was given. It never tells anyone to buy, never gives financial advice and never promises anything.
